Another challenge. We recently had a delicious Indian meal with friends. The request is an Indian soup. Absolutely fine!

Swipe for all 3 tips →
Chop everything first and get your ingredients ready.
Use a roomy pot so you can stir easily.
Keep some extra stock or water to hand.
METHOD
STEP 1
Place a pan on the stove with some (sunflower) oil and add the garlic, onion, potatoes and leek. Fry this and deglaze it with the chicken stock and let it simmer for about 20 minutes (until the potatoes are well cooked).
STEP 2
Add the corn and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Meanwhile, fry the chicken in a pan or on the barbecue. And then cut it into strips.
STEP 4
Blend the soup with a hand blender until it has a smooth structure and then pass the soup through a sieve (if you don't like chunks).
STEP 5
Season the soup with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
STEP 6
Spoon the soup into a plate and add any garnishes you like.
STEP 7
You can add tortilla chips with guacamole or salsa sauce for a bite.
